Consultation- Consult with Mrs. Michelle to determine what needs to get done and what YOU want done.
Medical History- Provide your full medical history, including any medications you are currently taking and any past surgeries or medical procedures you have had.
Avoid extreme sun exposure- It's advisable to avoid sun exposure before and after treatment, as this can increase the risk of complications such as pigment changes, if your undergoing scar camouflaging.
Hydration- Drink plenty of water before the treatment to help flush out the fat cells that are broken down during the procedure.
Avoid certain medications- Some medications, such as blood thinners, may need to be avoided before the procedure to reduce the risk of bruising.
Avoid alcohol and caffeine- It's recommended to avoid alcohol annd caffeine before and after the treatment, as they dehydrate the body.
Skin Preparations- Ensure your skin is clean and free of any lotions, oils, or cosmetics before the treatment.
Expectations- Have realistic expectations about the results of the treatment, as it may take several sessions to achieve the desired outcome.

Aftercare

Here are some of the aftercare things that must be followed for optimal results.

Stay hydrated- Drink plenty of water to help flush out the fat cells that have been broken down.
Maintain a healthy diet: Follow a balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, and lean proteins to help support your body's natural detoxification process.
Exercise- Engage in regular physical activity to help tone and firm the treated areas.
Avoid Alcohol and Caffeine- These substances can dehydrate the body and may hinder the body's ability to eliminate fat cells.
Avoid extreme sun exposure- Protect your skin from the sun to prevent pigmentation changes in the treated areas.
Must wear compression garments - Depending on your providers recommendation, wearing compassion garments in the treated areas will help reduce swelling and support the healing process.
Follow Provider's Instructions- Follow any specific instructions provided by your treatment provider regarding post-treatment care and follow-up sessions.
Monitor for Side effects- Keep an eye out for any unusual side effects, such as excessive, swelling, redness, or pain, and contact your provider if you have any concerns.
